Very clean and well maintained restaurants and dining rooms. Buffets were always "managed" to be sure things were clean and tidy. Decor could be updated to be more 21st century.

Adult pool was in great shape. Hard to find a chair at times but well maintained and fantastic (quiet) environment. Fitness area also exceptional. Well managed and plenty of equipment and towels.

Great ship. Navigator was the right size ship for our first cruise experience. Quite clean and well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabins are decent sized (for 2 people). Bath is very small (not good for 2 people at a time) and outlets are at a minimum. Bed was not very comfortable (hard bed and pillows lacked support).
Room was always clean (thanks to Julio!) and well kept. Plenty of space for clothing, etc. Balcony was not very well maintained or clean.
Ship tip
Do your research on shore excursions up front. Follow the times on your excursion tickets; not the daily Compass times.
Fantastic excursion! Highly recommend Salsa, Salsa, Margarita. Lots of fun making salsa and margaritas (and drinking them!). Great shopping and snorkeling on this gem of an island!
Total bust! Lack of planning and staff to get us off the boat. No help with lines, directions or implementing their plan. They need to work on this for sure.
