Review summary

we thought the cruise was catered to the British mostly. The second week on the cruise they ran out of American bacon. The food was kind of bland and overcooked. The entertainment was only British headlines and extremely hard to understand as a Canadian. The ports were nice but paying for a bus transport to the end of the pier for 5 or 9 euros was a little nickel and diming. A taxi was cheaper. Also , you sold us Hop on hop off bus tours that were cheaper on site. We bought one for $21US and $25US and both were 12 euros there. Didn't appreciate being ripped off by you. Also, rust was dripping off to our balcony and ruined two pairs of shorts I had out on our balcony. The last days out was falling on our balcony chairs and all.i have pictures of this. The railings are all chipped up and need repair badly. Poor ship maintenance in my opinion.

cabin was fine, balcony was full of rust and railing was in need of repair.

Ship tip

Expect them to cater to the British customers only in regard to entertainment. We couldn't understand them at all.

I was also in a balcony cabin and mine was fine which shows how they can't manage to make every cabin perfect. They can't fix the railings if they don't know about it so you probably didn't tell your stateroom attendant which is ignorance on your part. If you have nothing nice to say please keep it to yourself as it is people like you who give unnecessary bad review and steer people away from ship

They didn't make you pay for the shuttle bus and I think you're forgetting it was a return ticket (both journeys) so yes it was cheaper. It didn't take you to the end of the pier in most cases it took you into town. You got a bad cabin, so what it happens. It's an old ship and they can't make every cabin perfect. If you knew their was rust in the balcony you shouldn't have put the shorts out.

Of course it was catered to the British, it was from Southampton. I would say about 80% of the cruise was British people. Food was delicious, I was on this same cruise and loved every meal. The entertainment was only British because it was from England, if it was from Canada they'd only be Canadians. Also it wasn't all British, their was two or three Americans if I remember.

You dont have anything nice to say do you .I saw a lot of Royal Caribbean people working hard trying to please unappreciative types .

Was just on Navigator in April in the Caribbean, our balconies were in great shape no rust our issues at all. They were on the Hump though. Three balconies together with all the doors open between them. I've been on newer ships in worse condition lol. Guess it's all a guessing game where you end up though huh...

RCCL ships are falling apart...they only care about their new big ships...food is all prepackaged and heated up according to our wait staff...they are all disappointed as well !
