Don’t think I will be cruising again with MSC. Some of the staff was Rude as well as some of the passengers. Food selection was not that great. Really sick and tired of eating Pizza. The Port of Call for Puerto Rico was ridiculous. Arriving at 5pm?? What cruise line does that as well as St Martaan arriving st 7am and leaving at 2pm not enough time and the day was gorgeous. I will say the Ship is s beautiful work of art. But they need to do better with their hospitality. The drink packages were good. And a huge shout out to Melvin Cuba’s. He was amazing. Even had issues with the room Steward.

MSC should focus more on enhancements for American population and listen to suggestions from past Divina guest.

I found disorganization for the entrance and tumultuada exit of the cruise in the last day. I was attacked by a stroller, directed by a furious madwoman with the delay of the exit and my son-in had to intervene, they left that mad one to shout out as I I let it go, even though I was in front of it with my granddaughter and my mother-in-law's mother a person who is recovering from a cancer. There was no security that would intercede for our rights. My 4-year-old granddaughter began to cry, my daughter who saw her started screaming for something to be done, and one of the ship's officers came to her and stopped her screaming. It was a complete lack of respect for me that I am 66 and with surgeries on my legs and with my whole family. In addition to letting this woman leave without having received the proper education warnings. SHAMEFUL

The worse cruise I have ever been in!!! I would have read the review on Facebook before I took the boat!! It really that bad!!!

Our main disappointment was the entertainment for adult. Felt like it was not "livelier". It is a European style cruise but if you are in the Caribbean, spice it up! Show at night only 30 minutes long. The only live band on the ship looked like they were board playing. The Latin group was playing music from a box; Latin music MUST be played with real performers. I always complain about kids in jacuzzies when trying to relax. Restaurant food was "dull" no real "wow" choices. Entertainment for older children (16-18 ages) is not good. Our children spent most of the time in the cabin. Drinks are served with cheap, if at all, alcohol. Never really enjoyed a good drink. Premium alcohol comes with a cost. We are taking a break from cruises, feel like not getting your monies worth.

Not a bad cruise. Love the availability of the interactive screens for making show or dinner reservations. I thought the ship could be a little more user friendly. It was like a maze trying to find your way around. Maybe arrows pointing the way to the restaurants might help. I heard other passengers saying the same thing. Also, maybe it would have been a good idea to make mention of the time change at the emergency safety meeting. Grateful to Melanie for pointing that out. We missed a few shows because of it. Although my cousin wasn't charged for her excursion due to her illness, I was only credited half. I thought that to be insensitive. How could I go off and leave her. The doctor and nurse did an outstanding job when she got ill...we were very pleased.

Beautiful ship, great service, good ports, awesome value

poor tasting food[most of the time],horrible reception desk employees,wi-fi did not work and fun pass was a waste of money[things you need fun pass for open very limited hours] would not recommend MSC to my worst enemy,I would recommend using ROYAL CARRIBBEAN as they are far superior!!!

Spent more money on this booking than previous trips with other cruise lines and had the most disappointing experience. Will not book with MSC again.

My husband & mom will not go on this ship again. My son & I would. I am a very low maintenance woman who can get by with very little on vacation. For the price we paid, I thought it was a good deal. The service & wait staff need more training. I thought that there might have been a lack of totally understanding English. The whole dining room experience was just plain odd. The food was only okay. Beautiful ship, plenty to do. Theater too small for that size of ship. Bathroom too small. Very little storage.

The ship was great. Service was fair at best. You had to figure things out for yourself. Food in dining room was just OK. Specialty restaurants were the best. Very clean pools. Seawater pool was great. Clean up of tables was poor. Cabin cleaning was poor. Sounds bad, but the ship was beautiful and slides great.

Aura package is worth it to buy cause it is unlimited alcohol Whitin $7.50 price including bottles water and unlimited gelato icecream + spa facilities

Yacht has a priority card that overrides and floor that you try to go to. They need their own elevator. It holds up and confused others on the elevator. The entertainment was excellent and very colorful costumes. We asked for early dining and got 7:15, but had it changed to 5:15. I thought the backdrops for photos were very dark and old fashioned. Did not like them at all. But the cruise was great and the ship. Still like MSC Devina better.

We chose the Aurea package and the 2 free massages were not open to book on sea days. Very disappointing. Seemed very much like bait and switch, because you could book the massage if paying, but not in the package.

Did not enjoy the cruise at all. None in my group like either.

Europeans very rude on ship, Ship is big and beautiful. Too many people.

Food was not good and no seafood choices unless you paid. Service not good.
