Review summary

We chose the Aurea package and the 2 free massages were not open to book on sea days. Very disappointing. Seemed very much like bait and switch, because you could book the massage if paying, but not in the package.

When I sailed in June I booked my massage on boarding day for the last sea day without any issues. I don't see this claim being legit

When we cruised in January, we had the Aurea pkg and we were able to book our massages for the first sea day, but we went to the spa first thing on embarkation day to schedule them. Sea days booked quickly. Has the policy changed or did you just not book quickly enough? That would be frustrating if there was that limitation....
