Only ate at buffet. Grilled meats were like shoe leather. Had more sausage in a week than ever in my life. Would have had hot dogs but they didn’t have them often. All but 1 ice machine was broken all week and they had tongs out and a bowl very occasionally but you could not get enough ice that way and once in a while they would have gunk in them. They only tell you after checking in to use a credit card with no foreign transaction fee and then to change it at the service desk and that was painful. And don’t try thr “home made” ketchup- it tastes like tomato sauce +tomato soup!

Late. Some people continued to ride the elevator because the embarcation lobby was so full that they couldn’t get off the elevator!

We were on the same cruise. We thought the show's were better than most other cruise lines we have been on. Only found ice at very back of buffet and buffet on deck 16. Yes food was plain and same. Our cabin attendant was excellent. The problem at debarkation was people did not go where they were told. They stayed in hall which jammed everything up. Might go again to see Ocean Cay but not 7 days. Just our view.

Must agree with you when previously on MSC had a great time food was good no top notch gourmet but still good. I just got off the seaside last month the buffet was lower quality than high school lunch room. crew was nice ship was beautiful but quality The food is the deal-breaker will not return to MSC it's a shame but I don't pay thousands of dollars on a luxury cruise to eat hot dogs and cold hamburgers
