Overall I would go on another cruise but definitely not with MSC.

The service was good for the first 2 days everything else was horrible, no new towels had to ask for more towels over and over before anything was done.
Ship Quality

The layout of the ship is horrible, why have so many different elevators?? Ship was clean appearance wise though.
Cabin / Stateroom

The only time the cabin was clean was when we went to sleep at night and only for the first 2 days. The bed was comfortable and the patio was nice.
Disembark was a total disaster. One of the engines broke from Cozumel all the way back to Port Canaveral. We didn’t start disembarking untill 10:30am and the last person didn’t get out until 1:36pm.
Sounds like this may have been your first cruise. I recommend watching some YouTube videos with tips for cruisers such as your towel issue if you throw the towels on the floor in the bathroom they will replace them everyday. If you hang them to dry they will not replace them other cruise secrets and tips maybe helpful in the future. Everyone keeps reviewing MSC against cruise lines that cost twice as much you get what you pay for and should be reviewed with that in mind
