Review summary

After viewing many videos on YouTube there were negative and positive reviews. Our travel agent said that he heard you either love it or you hate it. We went on with an open mind and were pleasantly surprised at how much we liked it. They did a status match for us. We are Diamond Plus on Royal and Platinum on Norwegian, so they gave us Gold status which is next to the top level of Diamond on MSC. It gave us some extra perks. We will sail with them again.

Not as much clothing storage space as Norwegian and Royal Carribean but we made do. The cabin was clean as well as the bathroom. Was not showering in a transit tube like on some others.

Ship tip

Make sure that you try their pizza. It's better than most pizza shops and is available for lunch, dinner and late night snack.

We did walk off and it was easy as can be. We were on the 15th deck (they disembark by deck level) and our scheduled time was later than we wanted with no other options.
