We booked the Aurea Grand suite 13002, and was be early embarkation, but EVERYONE was allowed it. There was NO SPECIAL ATTENTION GIVEN TO US WHAT SO EVER.

Main dinning was AVERAGE to below average at best. The meats were tough and over cooked every night. The specialty was so over priced it was unbelievable. Buffet was WAY TOO SMALL for a ship that size with no grandeur to it what so ever.

This ship and MSC is a rip off!!!! Every thing COST ON THIS SHIP!! You advertise things that the ship offer and end up charging the guest! The Zip line cost, bowling cost, basketball court is a joke the goal is 10ft the ceiling is 13 ft there is not real shooting… you can’t dunk he ball because the soccer net is under the goal. As I stated it’s a joke! They charge you for soft cones and pool drinks for kids which was FREE on Royal Caribbean cruises.

My grand kids speak German and with the vast variety of people onboard you would think they would place multi language people in the clubs to communicate with small kids. So that didn’t work for us.

Ship elevators floor was chosen before you got on the elevators if you by mistake get on the wrong elevator get ready to take a ride! To book a suite and HRAND SUITE at that with a balcony and not be able to sit out and enjoy the view every evening has to be the worse experience I’ve ever had on a ship! Our balcony was METAL up to our breast bone and if you sat in a chair you saw a metal wall in-front of you NOT THE OCEAN! They could AT LEAST PUT BAR TOP TABLE AND CHAIRS THAT MAY HELP THE POOR DESIGN OF THE SHIP AND GIVE THE GUEST THAT PAID FOR THE ROOM a half way better experience.

Who EVER wrote the notes on this room either must have been highly mistaken OR GRAVELY MISLEADING ON PURPOSE. Because there is NO GLASS BALCONY first of all, the size of it is the same size as a Reg room WHICH I WOULD HAVE preferred because i could sit and watch the sea. The ROOM WAS HOT FOR 7 days!!! My family tried have family night several time and the heat was unbearable … and maintenance could do NOTHING! Horrible!!!’
Susie68 is right.sorry you didn't Iike so much. A Suite costs so much you shud not have been that disappointed. We loved Meraviglia in March and are excited to try Seaside in September. We just enjoyed the differences. We always found things to do even if they weren't the same things on other lines. Best wishes next time.
If you had read the fine print than you would have understood how the pricing is. The cost of this cruise is cheap!! Way cheap!! Now add in your kids juice zip line golf etc. now you have paid for what other cruise lines are charging ! Good luck on any other cruise ships!
