Extremely disappointed in the cruise. Lots of places to relax onboard. Expected more from this ship after seeing it on TV and researching on line.

I am giving a five for the bar tenders in the sports bar. They were awesome under pressure during all the football games, bar was packed each night (3 nights). Waiters in main dining room were not as attentive as I have had on other cruise lines. Room Stewards need a lesson in cleanliness.

Did not realize that the balcony was a closed balcony and only had a small amout of visiable viewing space standing up. I had spoke to someone about the cabin before I reserved it and they assured me that it was a great location and room.
Ship cancelled destination due to bad weather but we did not ever hear about the cancellation. We were speaking with a crew member and they told us it had been cancelled.
When our color was called we went through customs and got luggage very quickly. Again if you have someone that has difficult walking get assistance to get on board and to get off the ship
I've read lots of reviews of MSC, they cater to more Europeans so Americans don't seem as happy with the food. I'm sure it's a matter of taste. Not sure who you talked with about your cabin, next time do more research and look for photos.
