The cabin air conditioning had a pungent smell that was addressed but never fixed. Our room was constantly damp. One day my wife pillow had mold on it.

Ship tip

Expect to figure everything out on your own and be prepared for rude people. There are a few great staff on this ship but mostly entertainment staff, and a few bartenders/servers.

Complete disorganization and a free for all. No staff in disembarkation areas to direct passengers.

I did the Seaside a few months ago and while I have to accept it is a beautiful ship I did find the customer service a bit lacking. My impression was the staff was spread too thin to be able to help the passengers the right way. I do hope they hire the right amount of people for such a big ship then perhaps the employees wont be as overworked and the service will get better.

The should fire the executive chef if the food is that bad there is no reason for garbage served on a luxury cruise like this one very disappointed in all the negative reviews on the same things like food and coffee being served under cooked one day the passengers will get it and it's all over captain if u are reading this do something
