Embarkation

My room was cleaned at least 4 times every day. I lucked out with a handicap room and was about 50% bigger than the average cabin. The food at the buffet was about was about a 8 out of 10. And that was amazing to me lol. From rice to pizza to eggs and almost any average American meal they had. They also give a complimentary dinner every night that allowed me and my spouse to have an elegant dinner included. They offered different meals at the complimentary every night from swordfish to lamb to alfredo and a couple others. We didn't go every night because some of the time we were out at the ports. Every staff member was so helpful and knowledgeable of where to go. When they charged us for photos we did not want, we went to the photo desk and they refunded us immediately. They also have the app that allows us to see our credit and balances that are immediately updated. Disembark and embarking was very smooth as well. They also had tons of activities from sports in a netted court (soccer and basketball), free raffles everyday, alcohol tasting, arts and crafts, comedy and theatrical shows (hilarious and beautiful), dance classes and many more for families and individuals. This was my first cruise and definitely would do one in the future. Dont know if I would try another cruise because this was a perfect experience along with our excursions (they coordinate very well with MSC)

Ship tip

Check out the type of events they have. Like an all white party and great Gatsby night. We didn't know and weren't prepared with the appropriate attire.
