Yes, you will encounter rude passengers on the ship. Just ignore them and enjoy yourself.
Beautiful ship with great shows, service and food. They do go a little overboard on trying to get you to go to the specialty restaurants.
Water slides are included for free. Zip line you pay extra for.
The ship has plenty of outdoor deck space which I loved.
I would definitely book through MSC again.
Only complaint was not enough time in port in St Maarten and Bahamas.

We dined in the Seashore restaurant. Portions were the right size and food was really good.
Buffets can get crowded, but they have plenty of seating. My family especially loved the pizza in the buffet.
We did not dine in specialty restaurants.

Pools did get crowded, but if you are just looking for a lounge chair to soak up the sun, you can definitely find one away from the pool.

I thought the service was fantastic. I have read the prior reviews, but our experience was great. The bar staff was awesome. Especially at the Miami Beach Pool Bar and the Seaside Bar.

Loved all the open desk space. Once you get the hang of the ship layout, it is fine.

We did 2 rooms. Balcony and Interior. Beds were comfortable. We had enough space for what we brought. Everything was clean. Our cabin steward (Manuel) did a great job.
Ship tip
Enjoy yourself! Make the most of it. Listen to some bands, see the shows, get off the boat and see different places.
I liked the port and the port shopping. Unless you want jewelry or a watch, don’t do downtown shopping.
Excursion to Magens Bay, which was beautiful. We had a full day here which was awesome!!
Balmoral Beach Island excursion. I would not book this excursion again. It looked better than it was in pictures. Pretty water, not enough swim beach. A few rude employees. Didn’t have enough time to bring our stuff back to the ship and walk around past the port shops.
