Review summary

I have never been so disappointed in a vacation before. I saved for 2 years to go on this "luxury cruise", and now wish I would have booked on Carnival. I cannot begin to tell you how awful the buffet was.. prisoners eat better.

The food was disgusting in the Buffet. You had to pay big bucks to get a decent meal. They had two bartenders and two waitstaff for 200 people, so you had to wait sometimes 45 min for a drink. The specialty restaraunts are a scam. You buy the "Dining Experience" and are allowed to chose from max 3 items...none of the good food. Horrible experience

The staff tires really hard, but you can tell they are not happy. They are under staffed and over worked. Stop being Cheap and hire more staff MSC

Very small bathroom. We never had hot water in the tiny shower, although I asked for it to be fixed 3 times... I was ignored. Ran out of towels, toliet paper, etc.
