All in all we left after a week very disappointed!! The staff and the food tome make the cruise, and they plainly did not do it this time!! The food was average at best, and the staff needs some major help with there people skills!! We have been on many cruises, and MSC before, we did not expect to be pampered, but we did not want to be treated like dirt also!!! Like I said in the past, for every one nice staff member we had, we would get three rude ones. That just does not get it for me!! Every cruise I have been on in the past, has been at least 15, my room steward remembered my name. NOT THIS ONE!! The drink package was good, no complaints on that. I would say MSC is going to have to work very hard to get me come back!!!!

The food really needs improvement!! Pizza was fair at best, 12pm, 5pm, 11pm, barely any sauce, bubbled up crust ( the entire pizza). The entire buffet lacked, salad bar didn't even have the options I expected. Our one and only main dining room trip ended up with bland food. We have been on many cruises and had much better food!!

For every one good waiter we had, we would get three extremely rude ones!! I could not tell the amount of times I had to listen to a waiter talk rude to my wife and I. Could barely get the question out before getting cut off and talked down to! They had the take it or leave attitude, not really there to help us! Our room steward would hardly speak us!! Don't dare ask for anything special, because you wont get it!! Could not even get a top sheet for our bed, and it had one to begin with!! This is the first cruise I have been on, and I have been on many, that I can not remember his name. I know for a fact that he said my name one time, that's when we met!! He kept the room clean, that's it!!

We loved the layout and design, very east to get around. Cleanliness is a problem that needs to be addressed! A staff member dropped some glasses and a ash tray by the pool deck, the cigarette butts laid in the floor for half an hour. We finally got tired of seeing them and told a staff member, mind you they new and walked over them the entire time, she just kicked them all aside in a pile and left. We left after about an hour, they had never gotten picked up!!
Cabin / Stateroom

Overall comfort was ok, the bed was much harder than any other cruises I have been on. The size of the cabin was nice. Cleanliness was really not an issue, just really never saw our room steward.
Glad to hear that others had the same issues. My wife showed me a picture of the front of the Seaside. Very strange that I spent an entire week aboard and was neved allowed there.
