Would never take a cruise with MSC again. Solemnly for the reason of customer service being awful. Also, everyone had an issue of being overcharged.... Got overcharged 4 weeks ago and yet to still receive my credit.

ALL BARTENDERS WERE SO RUDE. Especially the ones on the deck 16 pool, and the seaview lounge... what a nightmare. Deck 16 bartenders would not even look me in the eyes after I waited 20 minutes, when I asked for them to please just give me a BOTTLE OF WATER... one put the hand at me and told me to wait. In the seaview lounge a man made an extra espresso by accident, when I told him I did not order that he insisted I did huffed and puffed and rolled his eyes at me just to walk away. Another time in the seaview lounge there were 5 bartenders working, only catering to people ordering from the bar service instead of helping those in front of them. wow. FOODWISE.... BETTER EAT A LOT AT DINNER BECAUSE THERE'S NO FOOD AFTER 10PM TO EAT ANYWHERE... ya that's right.... there's not 24 hour food service... so I starved every night before bed, unless it was paid for with room service. Really appreciated that with my medical condition.

pool was broken on the last day, and if it got filled up it would mean all bottom cabins would get flooded? so much for a new boat, also the pool overflowed and water came flowing out and was dripping in the elevators... 2 elevators of 4 were not working on a boat of thousands of people.
Service and Staff

I've never seen such disrespectful customer service. The only highlight was our waiter Romualdo in the dining room at seaside dining room he was the most respectful person ever. The whole day myself, and my group just looked forward to going to the dining room to see him. Other then that, customer service front desk was unexperienced, bartenders made you wait forever, and cleaning staff kicked me out of the washroom to clean it.

Cleanliness all around the boat was OK besides buffet where I usually ate beside someone's scraps because it took forever to be cleaned, but my cabin never got cleaned... the bed was made and that's about it. Was stuck with tooth paste in my sink the whole trip unless I cleaned it myself, didn't remove any water bottles I had to put them in front of my door every night to be picked up.

Ship tip
Do not go on this boat, they have a lot of work to do... I understand this is a new boat but compared to my other cruises this was a nightmare. The locations we visited were great, and I was happier to be on land then on the boat. ALSO, was supposed to visit bahamas, puerto rico, and st marteen but did not visit ANY... and I had no notice of these changes, and up until the day I showed up the location got changed once again.... with NO NOTICE.
Had a flight to catch with a good amount of time in between getting off and leaving, but took the "express" disembarkation to play it safe and this took an hour and a half. I asked the staff if there was a hold up just so I would know what to expect, and a worker barked back at me saying "IT'S NOT OUR FAULT IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM YOU NEED TO WAIT IN LINE"....
I cruised Feb 3 and we had a fabulous time! I know @codfishing has booked again and I would go again too. If you go to ship chat and look for my post from Feb.3 I wrote posts each day in detail. Also have pics under my profile.
JoeArizona - you know his review is unbelievable because he complains about starving when going to bed because he can't get food after 10pm. OMG how much does this guy need to eat before bed, especially after 10pm? All I can do is laugh at this review. I've been on Divina as well and we loved it so much. That is why I am booked on the Seaside for November.
Codfishing- thanks for your point of view. My wife and I were in the MSC Divina in December and had a great time.
We are looking forward to our next cruise which is why I asked for more information.
JoeArizona-I cruised Seaside Jan 27-2/3 and had a much different experience. My cruise was great so much that Iām booked again in May and December š
I have a cruise scheduled in Oct on the Seaside. Can you describe your experience a little more?
What is the over charging issue?
How was the customer service awful? Hotel Service, dinner service, Guest Services?
