Ship: MSC Seashore

The ship itself is awesome with modern decorations and design. Food not our style and passengers too loud.

Fun Trip Overall but Very Bad Food by CruiseCrew2023

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: MSC Seashore

Overall I would not recommend cruising with MSC. Although the ship was newer and the cabins were nice, the food was very bad which sort of ruined the entire thing. The entertainment was good and the staff was excellent, but they've got to fix the food.

If you're looking for good customer service and hospitality this might not be your ship. Just about noone was on any mission to welcome or accommodate guests.

Terrible cruise line - do not recommend by bfrench5

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: MSC Seashore

Very disappointed in this cruise. Met several other cruisers that agreed that MSC does not understand the American audience. Ship was beautiful but staff was mostly rude and not well trained. Food options were severely lacking and tasteless.

Good ship, staff ranged from excellent to poor, food was inconsistent in quality by EdandCheryl

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seashore

MSC Staff was not forthright when it came to providing complete info at booking, was told we needed to bring own distilled water for CPAP and that a plug was available at bedside. Later, on ship when we noted this was a chance to evaluate MSC for future European cruises but wouldn't be able to get water through TSA was told that distilled water was available but didn't want to provide it unless they needed to. No plug at bedside, needed extension cord (refundable $30 on day of disembarkation at guest services). Price is only thing they have going for this cruise line.

Short Caribbean Cruise by jsallee

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: MSC Seashore

The MSC Seashore is a beautiful ship. We were invited by friends to join them about a year ago. We did not look at reviews until about a week before our cruise. Most of the reviews were not great, but we decided to just overlook that and have fun. Although there are many things that can be fixed for a better cruise experience, we still enjoyed it. The private Ocean Cays island was really great! The lighthouse light show and dance party on the beach at sunset was the highlight of the trip.

They need help by achomes1

It’s a cheap cruise, you get what you pay for. The staff I believe are under trained and not enough to serve you. The food is okay but not great. I’ll cruise them again understanding it’s a cheap trip. I’ll cruise other lines when I want better. Going on the Wonder in April, HAL for 53 days to Japan.

Staff Review! by Samiurco

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seashore

Wanted to expand notice to staff members Ronnie and Ester who have made us feel expectational here on this cruise. They helped us enjoy this experience far beyond belief. As from meeting them at our dinner table of 532 to growing a friendship outside the dining hall; they made us feel welcomed everywhere we went! It’s amazing to see how these two shared the love of their job with the other crew members and the embarked members. The love is in their works! Both Ronnie and Ester personally deserve to be moved up in their position if that is something they are able to do. Without them, we would not have had the experience we did. Looking forward to the next embarkation!!

or your company, which sells TRAVEL, more collaboration is needed because as a customer, I was in between YOU. I purchased a trip and excursions through YOU, but now your company labels YOU as a third party and refuses to help with anything, especially regarding excursions. This is a three-party BUSINESS collaboration, and as a customer, both YOUR COMPANY and MSC hold equal value to me. I seek understanding and fair assistance from both, regardless of whether I am on the ship or not. Harmonize the provision of EXCURSION INFORMATION for your clients. Thank you, Regards

Food shortage by leithamangum

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: MSC Seashore

Due to the issues of getting my refund from MSC. I would not cruise with them again or recommend any else to cruise with them. Food was fair, ship was beautiful, entertainment was good, but businesses that steal from me I will not do business with.

Beautiful ship by ddcolina363

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: MSC Seashore

MSC definitely had it quirks. I loved our cabin. I would try MSC again but not sure my husband would. Lack of eating places a big problem for a ship that size. Other cruise lines have other free places to grab something to eat. You are limited to the buffet or your assigned dining room for dinner only, not good for that many people. Alot of waiting in lines. My kids didn't like that ice cream was only served at 4pm in the buffet and the line was 5 miles long. Again, maybe they should try to follow suit with other cruise lines on food and ice cream being readily available.

Beautiful suite, ship, kind staff, food and service lacking by cypresslodge201

Seashore is a beautiful clean ship with lovely cabins, kind staff. Just not enough staff, really subpar service and food. Has potential to be great.

Not my favorite by Danicajoan

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: MSC Seashore

You will be disappointed with basic level of food. Make sure to double check where your room is in association with the noisy places in the ship. If they give you a free upgrade, make sure to question the downside of the surroundings. Also, make sure that the ship has features you are interested in, and if there are large areas block off to your enjoyment. I will not go on this ship again. So many people were disappointed.

Not happy by renaruth78

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: MSC Seashore

Pros: The ship is beautiful and full of a lot of things to do. The best meal in the marketplace buffet is breakfast. Cons: I'd say get the speciality dinning package or eat in your assigned restaurant for lunch and dinner because lunch and dinner in the marketplace had a lot of watered down inedible items. People complained about the food in there. Room service was bad. They didn't have the items they showed on their room service menu and the food was always cold because they delivered multiple room service orders at once. Two of my family members cabins had to be cleaned when we got there because they were never cleaned. This was our first time on MSC and I gave it the benefit of the doubt after all of the mixed reviews. I don't plan to travel MSC again unless some changes are made. Food is a big part of why people go on cruises. Especially after we pay all that money for the tickets. The least you can do is make sure the free food is good so that people won't talk bad about it. There were others that talked bad about the food and mentioned trying to get their money back.

Amazing Value, Great Ship, awesome staff, food and entertainment OK but for the price A+ by proflowusa1

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seashore

For the money you could not beat this cruise, great ports, great ship and staff. Food was mediocre but for 50$ a day for a balcony room I wasn't expecting any lobster nights.
