Review summary
I’ve been on 5 previous cruises. I’ve really enjoyed them all until MSC. I read so many reviews and a great many were not good. I even called to cancel, but they told me they had never heard anything negative, which was clearly not true. All other cruises were all inclusive except for specialty dinning. MSC charges for absolutely everything. There are no food stands anywhere like other lines. Last year we traveled the same time which included the Super Bowl. There was tailgate food everywhere for the guest to enjoy. This year, MSC, NOTHING. They have water on ONE deck only! And they shut the most convenient one down at 4:00pm!!! Buffett is just so gross. Cold food, no variety, same thing every day. The disrespectful staff was shocking to me. It’s very clear that they are poorly trained. The onboard shopping is for the wealthy only! All other lines I have been on have so much more. My overall feeling is the regret I have saving my hard earned money (it took me 6 months) to pay the cruise fare. I cried a few times, simply by feeling taken advantage of. I will NEVER book with MSC again. The fact that every guest we interacted with felt the same way confirmed my take away from the MSC experience.Embarkation

Ship tip
Don’t do it! Choose another cruise line. Believe the reviews. I turned a blind eye and I certainly regret it.
