Worst time out of 19 cruises by ddb6964461

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seashore

Avoid msc . Price was great but after 2 days we're wishing to jump ship. Buffet was nothing but complete confusion and lacked variety. One morning 4 of the stations ran out of suryp for the pancakes and not one of services where interested solving the issue. Employees all had unhappy faces and attitude. Avoid avoid

Very Disappointing cruise by adhardens

Poor Food, Limited activities on boat. Pools unusable. No Bourbon and cancelled a day of excursions. I guess the old adage is correct you get what you pay for

Beautiful, Short Caribbean Cruise by apeck2427

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seashore

Hubby and I would definitely sail on MSC again but would like to go somewhere else. I know for short cruises that Nassau is the main stop but I would definitely love to do a longer cruise on MSC if it went to San Juan, St Thomas, St Maarten or other ports.

Excellent by brewerdar11

Ship: MSC Seashore

Our cruise was awesome, we were a little cautious due to the negative remarks from other cruisers BUT it was great from beginning to end. The ship, staff, service and amenities were very good and provided much enjoyment and relaxation. JUST GO.

Miserable 12 Days by 4xdogmom

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: MSC Seashore

I’ve been on 5 previous cruises. I’ve really enjoyed them all until MSC. I read so many reviews and a great many were not good. I even called to cancel, but they told me they had never heard anything negative, which was clearly not true. All other cruises were all inclusive except for specialty dinning. MSC charges for absolutely everything. There are no food stands anywhere like other lines. Last year we traveled the same time which included the Super Bowl. There was tailgate food everywhere for the guest to enjoy. This year, MSC, NOTHING. They have water on ONE deck only! And they shut the most convenient one down at 4:00pm!!! Buffett is just so gross. Cold food, no variety, same thing every day. The disrespectful staff was shocking to me. It’s very clear that they are poorly trained. The onboard shopping is for the wealthy only! All other lines I have been on have so much more. My overall feeling is the regret I have saving my hard earned money (it took me 6 months) to pay the cruise fare. I cried a few times, simply by feeling taken advantage of. I will NEVER book with MSC again. The fact that every guest we interacted with felt the same way confirmed my take away from the MSC experience.

Enjoyment by garymbland

Next time hold on to your bags and luggage to exit the boat easier.. Do not use the night prior system that they take down to the customs area.

OK Cruise for the lower cost. by spurlore2

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seashore

The ship is very nice. We didn't like that the casino didn't offer a Texas Holdem table. Bar drinks are hard to get as the wait time can be long. We could not get drink refills in the main dining room. Main dining room service is much slower than other cruise lines. We left with dessert because it never arrived. Buffet food is awful, it's no where close to board of health required temps. Lack of other complimentary food options like Carnival. Buffet is set up where lines are long and very slow. Marketplace drink stations are frequently closed and had broken ice makers. No dedicated coffee shop. It's an OK budget cruise.

Very nice ship, hard for the food to get any worse, Only one club and DJ's try to play a little of everything which kills the vibes, entertainment is actually really bad, pretty good drink package, rhe best thing is they don't hassel about gratuities! by bpage2222

Nice ship Room service doesn't change sheets good or at all, Dj's club is horrible. The food is so bad I don't know how its allowed.

Big Ship by JimRomine

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: MSC Seashore

Overal this was a pleasant cruise, much better than our NCL Epic expereience (5,400+ passengers). Will most likely use MSC again in the furture, just not one of the new Mega Ships.

The cruise was adequate by joeforton

I think other cruise lines do a better job. MSC has some work to do to catch up to other cruise lines.
