A beautiful modern ship with lots of activities for everyone. The only hang up which was consistent was the elevator system on the ship. It's the new type where you choose your floor and the elevator tells you which one to ride. It was so clumsy, often waiting 5 minutes or more for the elevator to arrive just to find one pack full of people. But then again it's a 19 level ship so you don't have many options.

We had a great time on a beautiful ship. The price was affordable compared to other cruises. The entertainment was excellent.

We gave MSC a second try. The nightly main theater shows were great, and what WE like. Having to try and get a reservation for a too small capacity venue was sometimes a real pain. To much chaos in buffet. Sooooo much wasted time, elevators.

I have been on other cruises including MSC , but this was my least favorite cruise. we are booked on 7 day cruise same ship over Thanksgiving week and I am having second thoughts about going.

Great experience, Staff , food, ship. My family and I never traveled with MSC and it won't be the last.

Service was slow, ship is too crowded, I'd say you get what you pay for, but we paid a lot to be in Yach Club and didn't get nearly what we paid for. Elevator system is terrible, crowded everywhere, like a bad water park. Air conditioning didn't seem to be on anywhere except the Yacht Club areas. $10 to watch a movie in yacht club suite, second part of trip only 2 options: animated ( super Mario bros) or porn. Not kidding. Staff tries hard but simply not enough, save your money and travel with another line.

Great weather for this time of the year. The ship and entertainment was great. Enjoy every bit of it. Drink pckg recommended.

We was celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary , This was a very nice cruise & ship to go on !!! Lots to do, eat, activities, pool, waterslide, bars, entertainment you could ever want !!!

Butlers were great in the cabin area. Concierge service in the Yacht Club was not impressive. They do not, and will not, multi-task. There’s usually only one there and they only do one thing at a time. Most folks just walk away after a long wait as we did.

Best deal for this price! The food is tasty, but I will suggest to add more eastern Asian food, like Chinese food, Japanese food or Korean food. I can see Indian food almost every day.

We had an awesome time for the most part. There were a few minor issues but overall it was a good trip

The ship was nice the food could be better. We were in a noisy cabin so we did not get enough sleep due to the noise coming from above.

For our first cruise we had a good time over all but I guess having patience helped a lot.

Elevators are terrible, not coming, taking too long, crowded lobbies, etc. Getting the "ubable to allocate car" and being asked to contact guest services is infuriating. If you don't mind wasting hours of your vacation waiting for elevators then this is the cruise for you. FYI, we were in Yacht Club and other than the YC elevator situation us dire. We even got an unable to allocate car in the Yacht Club elevator. Everywhere on the ship is crowded, getting on and off the sip at ports is painful.

Amazing experience overall, all the different features in this ship were definitely a new experience, the kids water park, slides and pools were best experiences. The bridge of sights it's a must. Enjoying gelato or the chocolate at Venchi was great. The coffee, pastries and pizza are a must try. Pleasantly surprised and impressed.

We have cruised 20 plus times. We were excited to try MSC. We went with an open mind due to all of the bad reviews. I really wanted to love it but there were just too many problems and zero customer service.

Pros - Overall very good experience, cruise staff is very nice and polite, plenty of food choices. Rooms maintained well. Cons - too much crowded, not many activities compare to other cruises, Dining doesn't have much food choices, not much AC in elevators and Buffet meals. too much waiting time at elevators.

It was a descent cruise. Overall MSC was not worth me switching from NCL. The best thing was ocean cay.

It was family trip for me and we did like MSC cruise overall, except the Vegetarian Meal options. Inspite of providing the special meal request document, we didn't get the right meal everytime. But overall the experience with the Restaurants, Buffets and the cruise was great. MSC should consider adding more vegetarian / Vegan / GlutenFree options in the meal. Special thanks to Sandeep (Buffet deck-16: Rating 3.5/5), Jason & Reeze (@ Specialty restaurant: Rating 3.5/5) and Aakaash (Room Service: Rating 5/5), they have made our trip so easy and awesome. We would like to board MSC again in near future. Thanks!
