Review summary

Elevators are terrible, not coming, taking too long, crowded lobbies, etc. Getting the "ubable to allocate car" and being asked to contact guest services is infuriating. If you don't mind wasting hours of your vacation waiting for elevators then this is the cruise for you. FYI, we were in Yacht Club and other than the YC elevator situation us dire. We even got an unable to allocate car in the Yacht Club elevator. Everywhere on the ship is crowded, getting on and off the sip at ports is painful.

Embarkation

Yacht Club embarkation was OK.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Food was terrible and eateries crowded. There are times when there is no food available anywhere on the ship.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Not terrible.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Decent.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Crew is nice but overworked. In all the dozens of cruises I've taken, I've never received such terrible service but at the same time felt so sorry for crew. Ship is terrible short staffed and crew are treated like indentured servants if not worse. It's like taking a vacation so you can see people suffer.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

Yacht Club suite was roomy but not well thought out.

Ship tip

We absolutely love Seashore and have been on her three times this year. The crew is amazing, and it was so nice to be recognized by some of the crew members who remembered us from our past cruises. The food is not that bad. We were always able to find something decent to eat. Yes, the elevators can be a pain, but my fiance uses a mobility scooter, and we never had to wait too long to find an elevator that we could both fit on. The fellow passengers were always very accommodating to him with his scooter, which was nice. We have also been on her sister ship, Seascape, Divina, and booked a cruise next year on the new World America. I would love to take another cruise on the beautiful Seashore.

Oops sorry thanks

Every cruise we have been on has elevator issues. As far as crowds, don’t go in the summer
