Review summary

For our first cruise we had a good time over all but I guess having patience helped a lot.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Very busy.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food wasn’t too bad but in the restaurants they didn’t bring you all that you would ask for and had to ask and wait again. Drinks were good but seemed under staffed so we should’ve gotten larger glasses or 2 drinks at a time as the wait time was ridiculous.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Pools were nice but it would’ve been nicer having more adult time in the pools or bigger pools for adults only, also if the pools were open later to be able to be in the pool to look at the stars.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
We enjoyed the entertainment but in the main bar area it seemed like the music got way louder to where we couldn’t even have a conversation with the person next to us so we left.

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Room staff was great but like I said the bar staff and restaurants staff was very slow and wouldn’t bring you all that you ask for and had to ask again and wait longer.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Ship was very clean and nicely decorated.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was nice but the shower was a little difficult to use as to its small size.

Ship tip

Look into the drink package for what kind of drinks you drink and order 2 drinks at a time so you don’t have to wait so long, also use the stairs as much as you can as the elevators get packed fast.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

3 out of 5
Parking took a very long time, we were late for our embankment

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
Bahamas was nice but the stores were sold out of many clothes in our size as the other ships were there first but I know that was because of the hurricane and wasn’t MSC fault.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Not too bad except for the elevators being packed
