Our waiter in the Central Park restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. His name was Romulo and his assistant was Kevin. They were great!

Our room steward did not clean very well. They did not replace used glasses and they didn’t change the sheets. At breakfast in the Central Park restaurant the service was poor;however our dinner experience was much better. Our waiters Romulo and Kevin were very good,

Be prepared to wait a long time for the elevators. The food is ok. Room service was difficult to access.
