This was our 4th MSC cruise and it needs improvement with food quality and selections. Give your clients maps of the ship instead of telling them to find an elevator to figure out where things are. Improve your embarkation process. The Elevators are ridiculous design. Poor scheduling for meet and greets for some clients.

Overall we had a great time. The Brooklyn and sports bars was a great place to hang out and have drinks. We also hung out at the champagne bar and casino bar. The yacht club was wonderful and we loved the topsail lounge. We sailed on the Divina in December and I feel we had much better service and a lot more selection of food for my kids.

Tried giving MSC a second chance thinking things would improve especially the buffet. Too many things wrong to mention from food to service to rude Europeans. MSC needs to decide which demographic they want to serve, In my opinion I realize it's an European cruise line but if they want to compete with Royal Caribbean and other American cruise lines, they need step up their game. The European management culture is mainly the culprit trying to guess what Americans like. If MSC thinks that pretty ships and low prices is their ticket to success in America, well good luck with that.

We wanted to try msc cruises. The seashore is a remarkable ship. We loved it. We just really dont like caribean ports

I will not cruise with this line anymore do the food selections.

The MSC for Me app wouldn't allow me to send and receive messages onboard from my 13-year-old daughter. I went to customer service and they told me it wasn't allowed due to privacy concerns?! Apparently, MSC feels it's safer for me not to be able to communicate with my child while on board. Thanks for that.

This was our first cruise. And we had a wonderful time. We went as a couple but ended up doing everything with new friends. Being our first cruise it exceeded all our expectations

The cruise ship is new and modern. Shows were great! The value (price for product/services) was good! Service & food was acceptable but not the best. Safety measures set out by the cruise line regarding covid-19 were not consistently being adhered to.

Keep in mind this cruise line is new and there are a lot for them to learn before they become a true competitor to the other established cruise lines.

The onboard staff was amazing. Buffet food was excellent. Entertainment was great.

The cruise was good, the travel agent from AA kind of left us on our own. I had questions that were never answered and didn't really fallow up. I booked another cruise but will not be giving them the credit for sure.

Too hot, hard beds, ran out of straws, food was terrible. There was very limited food available after 9:00pm

Almost everything was excellent. The communication of certain information, however, was a nightmare and it cost us over $600 in extra fees. The executives (not the onboard staff) make decisions on how to communicate, and it is their responsibility. Beware of dishonest "bait and switch" tactics. Read the fine print.

Wonderful cruise, beautiful ship and caring staff. We booked our next MSC cruise on the Seascape! Cannot wait.

After getting home and reviewing my credit card statement. The amount on my final bill did not match and they added over $800 in extra charges. I called customer service and they told me to send and email. I did and only received a response that they received it. I have still not seen any movement this. Think twice before going on this cruise line.

Overall a nice experience for the price. Price attracted us. We encountered many more Europeans than the other lines we have sailed on - which was a plus. Nice to meet friendly world neighbors. Only disappointment FOOD in main dining room - average to below average. Excursions rate = Fair, not a wide choice. Great entertainment - best we've encountered on any line we've sailed on (Royal Caribbean, Norwegian , Celebrity or Holland America).

Crew members ratio vs passengers is to low. Majority Crew members are rude.

Cruise overall was a good experience, I would do it again. Nothing is ever perfect but for the most part it was great.

This cruise was highly anticipated ever since I saw MSC Seaside commercials. I did extensive research and decided to try. I was not disappointed this is the cleanest ship I have ever been on! I hope that’s not just because of COVID. The only downfall is the constant attempt to up-sale you. There were also some nights where the menu wasn’t the best, however I never went hungry. Next time my husband and I will go alone and will skip the dining room if we don’t like the menu.
