Review summary

This was our 4th MSC cruise and it needs improvement with food quality and selections. Give your clients maps of the ship instead of telling them to find an elevator to figure out where things are. Improve your embarkation process. The Elevators are ridiculous design. Poor scheduling for meet and greets for some clients.

Dining room 1 horrible meal and 1 decent. Buffet dinner selection was the poorest selection and quality of any of our 18 cruises.

Main theater, Brooklyn lounge with Bruno performing, La Cabaret Rouge was spectacular.

Brooklyn was excellent with Bruno, La Cabaret Rouge was wonderful. John and Meagan were fantastic.

Anytime we wanted to figure out how to get some place we had to go to elevators to try and figure out where to go. SUPPLY MAPS TO YOUR CLIENTS. Even some of the crew couldn't tell us where some venues were located. It was ridiculous.

Maybe select a different ship or cruise line. NO MAPS OF SHIP, HORRIBLE BUFFET DINNER OPTIONS. DINING ROOM WAS 50/50 good and bad.

Msc cruises have Mixed Reviews sorry your cruise wasnt the expected one..you should Try MSC MERAVIGLIA is the top notch actually said it by those who cruise it
