it was ok the excursion was not what we were told we were getting we got a nisan versa with no doors instead of a dune boogy also my friend did book a excursion before the cruise but it got booked for jan 26, 2024 instead of dec 31st, 3023 so we had to book an excursion off the ship

Disembarkation

It took us over 3 hours to get off the ship. Our friends got an express disembarkation and their luggage got lost. It took over an hour to get our parking shuttle too

Express checkouts, the passengers have to tote their own luggage. They must have misunderstood the directions. How did your friend lose their luggage if they had their luggage with them as instructed in the daily planner?

Don't get me wrong but If I had a disability of some sort I get waiting but I would not wait 30 mins for an Elevator. I'm 61 with bad knees and I would still take the stairs.

Weird - Express disembarkation means you carry your own luggage off the ship. If your friends lost their own luggage that’s on them. 😂😂😂
