The ship is beautiful but the bar service was way too slow. At times we had to wait over 30 minutes for the elevators.

it was ok the excursion was not what we were told we were getting we got a nisan versa with no doors instead of a dune boogy also my friend did book a excursion before the cruise but it got booked for jan 26, 2024 instead of dec 31st, 3023 so we had to book an excursion off the ship

It took us over 3 hours to get off the ship. Our friends got an express disembarkation and their luggage got lost. It took over an hour to get our parking shuttle too
