Review summary

We have cruised with Norwegian before and did not have any complaints. Our child loved the camp and the staff involved. Entertainment was much better. Our next cruise will definitely be back on the Norwegian.

Food was horrible, small thing every day. The only good food was the specialty restaurants - which were overpriced and very difficult to get a reservation.

Hot tubs were not hot and couldn’t take any drinks in any type of pool/hot tub because they didn’t want to have to clean them in case you spilled anything.

Our child did not think the children’s camp - the staff was very rude.

Room steward was awesome! Bar staff was very very slow, didn’t make eye control or acknowledged you were there.

Entertainment- 1 star? You should have tried the Brooklyn Cafe for jazz or the Madison Theater for literally the best singers and and dancers I’ve seen on a cruise or even stood in the atrium and listened to a few wonderful musicians. I’ll admit the two at the pianos in Time Square need to go but that ship had amazing entertainment.
