Review summary

I was extremely disappointed in this cruise. I will not sail on this ship again.

Embarkation

1 out of 5
This was the worst part. Spent 2.5 hours waiting To check in.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Buffet served the same crap every day. Every single day. Main dining room was slow so we only ate there twice.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5

Entertainment

2 out of 5
Not enough entertainment especially out by the pool. No music, no DJ, no steal drum player. Just dead silence.

Children's Programs

2 out of 5
Kids were not impressed. Every performance that they were supposed to have the parents attend throughout the week were canceled at the last minute. No special thanksgiving day activities either.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
The ship was way understaffed. The guest services staff lacked customer service experience. They had attitudes and were rude to guests in line.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
We had to visit guest services to have our room vacuumed, to have the towels replaced and to have the trash taken out daily. They were basically just coming in to make the beds.

Ship tip

Avoid this ship.
