Review summary

Great cruise. They need to work better with the ports that are difficult to get to shore. More organization and order to disembark and embark the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

We upgraded to the Yacht Club, so the food in the main dining room was excellent. We visited Butcher cut, The Habache and Mexican specialty restaurant and were incredible as well.

Service and Staff

We want to recognize these individuals that did well above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Dennis Stephen ( specialty bartender at the cocktail bar and his assistant Mahalingam) the best drinks and service in the ship. Maria Batista -Butler Ana Lisa girando- butler Liam, Kevin and Jackson -Butlers Leandro Silveria- Servers Marjorie Medeiros- servers These people were incredibly, excellent service, always smiling and on point with your orders.

We upgraded to cabin 16030. It was specious and very comfortable.

Ship tip

To get the aurea experience. They make a point to keep guests from the different tiers. So the bottom tears don’t get much.

Ports of call

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

Palermo, Sicily

Beautiful city and amazing food.

Ibiza, Balearic Islands

Even tho we were here the longest, Ibiza is well known for the night live and unfortunately we were not able to experience it.

Valencia, Spain

To get to the city center is about 1/2 hour bus ride each way, so it leaves very little time to do much.

Marseille (Provence), France

These was the worst port and a total disaster. It takes about and hour each way between waiting on the little boat to get to the port and the amount of time it takes to actually be at the port. These stop is only 6 hour and 2 of them is spend on a line to get to and back to the ship. Very unorganized disembarkation and embarkation for the Yacht club passengers . People got extremely upset because they had us cut in line instead of having a dedicated line for the yacht club.

Genoa, Italy

Best port. Amazing city, easy on and off the ship. Love it completely.
