Review summary

Nice looking ship horrible attention rude people horrible food. Save your hard earned money

Embarkation

During the embarkation it was a breeze except we kept getting harassed by the guy controlling the line as he asked for a tip. He would say people keep saying thank you but nobody tips”

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Really poor food no flavor and felt that the food was a low grade for a Mediterranean cruise. The food at the stops were much better.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

Seems that they put together shows that made no sense. Musicals with costumes that did not make sense

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Well let me start with that we sailed with MSC seaside and it was much better than this one by far. This cruise was like a hop on and off so passengers changed the crew did not care for the passengers. Resulting with a major disconnect with passengers. Sailing with royal and MSC in the Caribbean was different as we knew who the captain was and every morning the cruise director would be on air. This Mediterranean cruise we felt was a huge lack of communication. There is much more to list on here

Ship tip

Review recent reviews and see what people are talking about. I feel that MSC caters to Mediterranean and Caribbean passengers differently. Social media is huge with giving the good bad and the ugly. Simply I will no longer do a Mediterranean cruise with MSC.
