Will not be going on MSC cruise again. Horrible experience and feel like we should be compensated for this experience. This is not what we paid for.

For dinner didn't get drinks one night. Another night waited hour and half. Food was slow to get to table and then was rushed out for next seating. In our room we didn't have face clothes, sheets or soap in the dispenser.

Common areas were discussing. Cups, cans and stuff rolling all over. Ash trays over flowing and smoking. Black soot everywhere, on cushions and floors.
Cabin / Stateroom

Nice cabin but was sitting out on balcony a couple nights and was getting sprayed.
Too much walking. Because it was busy we had to go to South Beach and trolley didn't go over bridge and had to walk. During lunch they ran out of food and bars closed 2 1/2 hours before we had to get back on ship. They also changed the boarding time and it was not communicated to us.
I too was very disappointed with MSC Seashore. Experienced some of the same things you did. Sailed with them when they first started sailing and chopped it up to it being new. Will be giving it another try on another MSC Ship. This time as a reviewer.
Thanks for the review. People either love or hate MSC. I’ve had great experiences with them and Ocean Cay is my favorite private island of any Cruise Line.
