The pricing fluctuated quite a bit for our cruise. It actually seemed to go down quite significantly very close to the sailing date. If you have time, watch the prices for a while before booking. If you see a really low price, chances are it will come back again if you decide to wait to see if the prices go even lower.

The first day I would take a good tour to figure out where things are. Use the very back glass elevator as much as possible..it is much quicker. Also, the elevators are "smart" elevators, but they are only as smart as the people using them. You have to push the floor number for EACH person that is getting on or it is useless. It assigns an elevator for you considering how much room is on each one.

When you get on the ship, just sit back, relax, have a drink and don't sweat the small stuff. A rainy day on a cruise is better then a sunny day at work

Study where your cabin is in relation to the elevators, learn which one will get you closest to your room & get to the elevator from the downstairs aisles, the aisles the cabins are on are sometimes not very wide.

Avoid buffets if you can or at least go when it isnt so crowded. The entertainment is not good so brace yourself.

Pay extra for butcher's block and sushi with conveyor belt. Absolutely worth it. Once on ship find man who will give you 30% off. Any complaints are always from free dining rooms.
