buffet was good, restaurant butchers cut very good. the restaurant for diner is very disappointing. much better to go to the buffet instead, but the opening hours are not very flexible.

stupid ship design and deffinitly not made for people who want a relaxing experience. everywhere the sound is very high volume and I was forced to ware ear filters all the time. the only place you can communicate with your travel partner is the room.

Be aware that MSC charges you things they don't communicate upfront. Once you're onboard, you are in their trap.
Discussion about the charges they charged without upfront communication. I feld commerially raped during the cruise and behind their smile and commediant friendlyness, they really don't care what you think.
Would be pretty pointless having entertainers who DIDN’T want you to notice them? And on the one MSC cruise I did the charges were the same as on other mainstream cruise lines so not sure what you got charged for as you didn’t give details to back up your claims.
Why didn't you list a few things you were charged for? Most of the time it's an obvious charge that most cruisers know you have to pay for. But some people think everything is included on these cruises. It's not a luxury line with everything included.
I've had nothing but great experiences with MSC. I book the Aurea experience or above. I've never been charged for things I haven't purchased. I have 2 more MSC cruises booked. Overall, best value for your money.
What sort of things did you get charged for without knowing about? Sorry your experience was not a good one. We often think about trying other cruise lines..amd then we hear about these kind of experiences and think twice
