Loved everything about it. We haven't been on a cruise that we did not like. Some excursions could use a review at times by the cruise companies, to ensure, what is advertised, is, what the passenger sees and gets.

The ship is beautiful, the cabin is big and clean.

Had a great time, would cruise with MSC again.

Overall it was a great cruise with plenty of good food, good weather, & good entertainment, some of the lounges we visited also had some good entertainment.

Everything about the trip was great! Friendly staff, food is getting better every time we travel MSC. They are becoming my favorite line to cruise on.

If you’re going to take a cruise for the first time, this is it. Don’t do less than 3 or more than 7, this is the perfect fit…7 days and 4 stops. Voilà

We paid extra for a Deluxe balcony room. Room was small, bathroom tiny, no slippers or robes in cabin. Water is extra. Don’t agree with that.

This is our first cruise on MSC. Although the ship is very beautiful, I do not think we will go on MSC again, at least for a long time. It seems like they need to figure things out. I think most of their crew is new and it is very hard to communicate with most of them. I am pretty easy to please and I realize we are so fortunate to go on a beautiful Caribbean Cruise. I don't like to complain, but at the same time we did spend a lot of money and should not feel so frustrated on a trip that had the intent of being a relaxing time. The spa is a good example. We paid extra for the thermal spa, but we were only able to use it 2 days of the 7 because it was way to crowded and rooms were out of order. The times we used it we loved it but as the week went on it seems like they sold more passes or had deals where more people were there and that is the opposite of relaxing.

The MSC Seascape 7-day Eastern Carribean cruise (no stop in bahamas) was a great value for the money allowing us to afford a much higher level room than on other ships with similar destinations! We LOVED sitting out on our balcony for a more private experience than the public decks.

Overall excellent cruise for our family, it had exceeded our expectations in many ways.

We were nervous about going on MSC based on mixed reviews (mostly food related). We LOVED our MSC cruise and food was great. We WILL sail MSC again!

About 98% of the population was not from America but they were extremely rude. The cruise staff was very nice. The cruise would have a procedure for every event but would never follow it. So everything was unorganized

I had great time, will definitely be sailing with MSC again.

We had a wonderful 14-day cruise on the MSC Seascape. Overall, the ship was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. All service providers (dining, bar, room, guest, etc.) were exceptionally polite and friendly. And there was plenty of staff to meet our needs each day. We may consider a longer trip in the future.

Just disappointed in the service and lack of food options, also all the up charges

The whole thing majorly was there were different rules for different people! Example shuffling dice on the craps. The food was mediocre but the butchers cut was amazing! Took forever to get of boat in grand cayman and on. Got stuck on tender while attached to boat cause was too rough to get off. We were in yacht club which having the top floors was amazing. However the butler does not do as much as advertised. Overall I would do again though.

Next cruise will be on a smaller ship, too manypeople, pools, jacuzzi full of people, no place to sit on the upper deck.. Food and service, excellent.. Our server kevin is the TOP

Overall great experience food in port on excursions was better than ship food.

It is our Honeymoon Cruise dream! From the moment we stepped in MSC Seascape it is all good! We recommend it 100%. The ship is new, The food are awesome and delish! Bunch of choices everyday. Get yourself a drinking package you will not regret it. The staff are friendly and nice. They offered 100% service everytime. Thank you MSC Seascape for giving us a Honeymoon cruise that is worth every penny and very memorable. God bless you all.
