Review summary

1. very expensive. 2. gratitude were taken on the second day of the trip, i don't know why??? 3. the waiters and staff-do not speak english at all, it was very difficult to communicate. 4. at the restaurant we were waiting a very long time, like 50 min, after that manager sipy kicked us out explaining that after us people still have to eat. it was so rude. 5. entertainment- is not interesting. 6. Air conditioning-bad working.7.-for this huge ship--pools very small. never again with this company!!!!!

for this huge ship the air conditioner worked very poorly, next-- such a big ship has very few pools and they are all small, and all the people sat in each other's heads.

I guess if you have issue with the staff being rude , you could remove gratuities by complaining your issue to the service desk and tip cash to the ones really deserve it . is that possible on MSC ?

I have found all of my msc cruises were very affordable. Gratuities are posted to your room at some point during the cruise....does it really matter when? I am always amazed at the number of people that complain about non English speaking employees on the ship.

Expensive....not on my many MSC cruises...what makes the difference what day they take the gratuities out.....I've never had a language problem on any MSC cruise...sorry for your displeasure...good luck with your search

Appreciate your feedback. Cruising isn’t for everyone. Hope you find a cruise line that you like, but most have small pools.

People either love or hate MSC. Unless you were cruising in the yacht club, MSC is a very affordable Cruise Line. Gratuities are posted to your account Daily on most cruise lines.
