Embarkation

5 out of 5
it’s on time

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Buffet is excellent food But coffee is terrible considering it’s an Italian company. Juices serve only in the morning, they should extend at least until lunch time. No free soft ice cream, you have to pay. (Royal Caribbean it’s free and coffee is way better and juices serves almost all day)

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Pool is good.

Entertainment

It’s not my taste you can’t hear the piano peoples are talking loud. And it’s not my type of music.

Children's Programs

No children

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
They are great.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It’s very clean

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin is comfortable The only problem is the tv is useless no free movie or program unless you pay €7.99 for each movie that you already seen in Netflix. It’s really sucks if you want to relax in your cabin to watch movie to sleep.

Ship tip

MSC don’t have free movies of program on Tv in your cabin. Tv inside cabin is useless unless you pay. Juices only served during breakfasts. Coffee in buffet is terrible. Buffet food is as excellent as Royal Caribbean.

Sucks. Pre arrange everything. Taxis will ripped you off. They will charge more than the ship transfer cost.

Lisbon, Portugal

5 out of 5
Walking distance from port to main city

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
It was a bit of mess. There was a protest going on in Barcelona during our disembarkation, the captain says something and the staff say something else.
