Review summary

We have enjoyed the pleasure of visiting many enchanting places accompanied by a beautiful and comfortable ship, with professional and attentive staff, good food and entertainment of all kinds and for all ages. A bit of overcrowding in the pool but little exploited. It was our first cruise and we will certainly repeat the experience.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Instead of a very positive experience on board, the moment of Embarkation and Disembarkation was difficult because of the rain an the logistic problems in Venezia. The rain and the bridges of Venezia made us very tired and difficult to menage the suitcases.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Everything stunning. Food excellent and service kind.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Pool: very nice and clean but too much people shouting and difficult to find a chaise longue. Fitness: good center

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Stunning the shows in the theater

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
We experienced the Junior club. Very well equipped with interactive games. I think it is possible to improve with regard to the relationship of the staff with the children. You need at least 1 person who speaks every language.
