we didn't get the rooms we have booked and apparently they do this all the time. We booked room # 11247 & 11249 and we got 12169 &12167 apparently smaller rooms or not what was described.

we didn't get 11247, we got 12169, this is not what we have paid for, we are very disappointed. we would like you to help us getting some of our money back!!!
Did you talk to anyone while you were on the ship? That would have been the time to ask. If you completed the cruise without saying anything they would assume you were okay with the change. I don’t think they will do anything at this point.
If you are expecting this app to somehow magically help you get a partial refund, you are setting yourself up for disappointment. This app is for cruisers to review cruises and ask questions, it is not the help line for the cruise lines. With that said, so you give the entire cruise and ports low ratings cause you are upset by not getting the cabins you requested.
Wow! Sorry to hear about the disappointing issues while on this cruise. Not sure how a partial reimbursement would regarding the incorrect staterooms, but try MSC customer service & all the best!! Wishing you happy cruising on your next 🤩⚓️😎❣️‼️
