If I had known that the cruise itinerary was to not visit Santorini and Crete, and be on the sea for 3 full days instead, I would have NEVER booked it. Be prepare to have extra days on the sea if they feel like it and to be limited on the choices of food.
Embarkation
1 out of 5
super disorganized and stressing
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
few options to choose from and on the buffet, I would expect more than just hamburgers, French fries and pizza.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Repetitive, you could expect the same thing everyday.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Repetitive. Need more variety and more upbeat music.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
All staff was super professional and I was amazed on how many languages they could speak. All where super nice and helpful all the time.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
It was always clean, the cleaning crew did a great job, but the ship does need updating.
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved the balcony, definitely a must have than doing a regular room. Size was good and the location was great.
I don't have an issue with the port, It's more of having an issue with how poor communication was. I was schedule to embark in Venice, but embarked in Monfalcone instead. It added 2 hours to our trip as we had to be transferred from Venice port to Monfalcone by bus. I had not idea this was going to happen.
The weather was bad, it was cold and raining. We had booked an excursion to the caves and site seeing, and I would have expected them to change the excursion a little due to weather so we did not get wet like we did. We walked for a while under the rain and did not even stop for a sec to be able to buy something to eat or at least get souvenirs from the area.
We did not even go here, cruises.com site sold us an outdated itinerary. I spoke with customer service on the ship and was advised they have not done that itinerary for over 5 months, so the cruise was never schedule to visit Santorini. We visited Mykonos instead. The whole reason why I booked this cruise was because it was going to Santorini and sailing from Venice. So it w.as super deceiving and sad that we where sold an itinerary that was never happening
We did not even go here, cruises.com site sold us an outdated itinerary. I spoke with customer service on the ship and was advised they have not done that itinerary for over 5 months, so the cruise was never schedule to visit Santorini or Crete. So instead of visiting 5 places, we ended up stock in the ship for 3 full days on the sea.
Loved this place, the locals in Corfu where super nice, pricing is good too. Not expensive. Did not want to do an excursion as it was too rushed when we did the excursion at Bari, so we where able to enjoy the food, buy in the stores and had a good time here.
An announcement was given around 8:00am to advised us the captain had decided to skip this port due to "weather". Which did not make any sense. Bari, Italy weather was horrible, super windy, cold and it rained the whole day. But as they had to stop there to pick up new passengers, they did stop no matter what. However, when it was time to stop at Dubrovnik, they said it was not safe for the ship to stop here. This was my 10 yrs anniversary getaway with my wife, and it was a total disappointment that we not only did not get to visit Santorini and Chania, but we where stock on the ship for 3 full days on sea.
I felt so bad for the crew, I know they did all they could but the company needs to do better to have a better experience for customers. Both embarkation and disembarkation took forever.
