A stunning trip filled with awesome destinations & memories. Unfortunately there were a few downs sides that MSC could have addressed

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Really tasty well presented food in the dining rooms. Gluten free menu was really appreciated

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Loved the Italian lessons from Pietro! he was the international host that went out of his way to ensure passengers has a great time & helping them choose excursions & experiences. The Spa was lovely ( steam room, jacuzzi & massages) & the gym adequate

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Entertainment was 1st class. The evening shows were excellent. The International hosts were very good at organizing events that kept the passengers entertained for the long cruise

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
My Choice dining was a disappointment, even though we booked a table for 8pm each evening, we had to wait in a queue for +-20 minutes. The system obviously did not work. The service was not great.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
There was a horrible plumbing/ sewerage smell for most days of the entire trip.

Cabin / Stateroom
