The layout was bad. The restaurants & pools were too small and the lounges were too many. The staff was horribly clueless about everything & anything. Also, way too many cabins for the pool & restaurant size.

Food and Dining

Dinner was great but my 1st waiter (before asking to move) was literally a moron. He was so confused & every time I asked a reasonable question he'd give me attitude or sigh out of annoyance. It's like he didn't want to do anything but take the food from the kitchen to the table. Example: The menu read "with lemon sauce" and I got a creamy white sauce that looked like mayonnaise. I asked him what it was & he replied by letting out a sigh, rolling his eyes, and pulling out the menu and pointing to "lemon sauce". After tasting it, it was obviously mayonnaise. What if I were allergic to something? Is it impossible & unreasonable for someone to have such a question? Ambiance/dining time was nice. The specialty menus were useless, especially the vegetarian. Once when ordering the vegetarian option the waiter brought me meat. The next day the vegetarian option consisted of a salad and a soup - what kind of dinner is that? Breakfast & lunch was weak & overcrowded like feeding time at the zoo.
Entertainment

The shows were nice despite the annoying intro/warm ups. I didn't interact with the entertainment team but they seemed to be working hard.
Service and Staff

The ship's staff was by far the worst part of this cruise. I speak Italian, English, and Spanish fluently yet I was still unable to communicate with the staff. Even when we found staff members that understood either of those three major languages, they still were completely un-knowledgeable. Example: We wanted to have a late evening snack after dinner so we called reception to ask where we'd be able to find food on the ship. They told us to go to the 13th deck. On the 13th deck all the restaurants told us that they were closed and that food was being served on the 7th deck. We went to the 7th deck and they tried to send us back up to 13. Fed up, we went to the reception desk on deck 5 where the guy at the desk obviously lied to us saying he wasn't the one who answered the phone and he was sorry for the mistake. Another time we ordered room service that never came. No one helped, let alone going above or beyond. The waitstaff didn't even know about their own drinking packages! HORRIBLE!
Ship Quality

Too many cabins in relation to the pool & restaurant size. On my first day I literally got into a argument with another customer who'd been there a week already because she was tired of fighting for tables. After walking around for 30 mins looking for a table, I noticed a family about to leave and asked if my family could take the table. They agreed and the other customer tried to take the table as I tried to sit because she claimed she deserved it more than me after a week of trying to get tables. Also, although there was clearly a "no diving" sign by the pool, there was no one enforcing this. About 30 kids were at either the pool (and sometimes the hot tub too) diving and splashing at all times. This made it impossible to relax.
Cabin / Stateroom

The size was ok. I expected it to be tight. The amenities were horrible. I assume by amenities you mean the mini fridge that was never once restocked! Overall comfort- The bed & pillows were decently comfortable once you ignored the stained bed sheets that looked like they hadn't been changed for a month.
