They have an excellent variety of activities that cater to all ages, music from all genres, etc. Shout out to Keri, magnificent Cruise Director and her assistant Chante. They all did a great job, including the entertainment crew on board

All Broadway Theater shows were excellent, Dome shows and dance routines, the White Party, Captain’s night, Pool activities, outdoor e CERC uses and dance demos were excellent.

They were all very courteous and helpful, excellent in their jobs. We named specific individuals to MSC for their great work, above and beyond duty.
Ship Quality

Everything was great except the Carousel Theater which was accessible only through the Casino. They allowed smoking in a specific area of the Casino, but everywhere smelled like cigarette smoke. It ruined my evening watching shows there. Ironically, they were the paid entertainment.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin 9245 was very comfortable, storage was sufficient, and balcony was great
Ship tip
Sail from the Manhattan Port, if possible. Brooklyn terminal is just unacceptable.
I agree with everything you said with the exception of the food, ate most of my meals in the buffet as the main dining room was not great in my opinion. Ate more pizza and fries in one week then I have in 6 months. But I must say even though I'm not a fries person they were darn good on the ship, LOL. By the way I was on 5/14-5/21.
