Review summary

There was a lack of communication between the Travel Agency and the cruiseline. I never received the onboard credit that was due me; even after I provided proof. Some of the staff were very pleasant and helpful, while others were not. The first night, I didn't receive wash cloths and there was a sewage like odor coming from my shower. Nothing was provided to me for the inconveniences I experienced while on the cruise.

Everyone were very attentive; especially to my senior citizen father that walked with a cane.

The main dining room service was slow the first evening we ate there; however, it was exceptional the remaining evenings.

I enjoyed the spa. The fitness center is decent.

One of the shows we attended was nice. One of the singers we saw was nice.

There were not any children with us.

My room steward and waiters were nice. Some of the personnel were not very nice.

The design was decent. There was a sewage type odor in my cabin bathroom and in some of the halls.

My cabin number was 8212. 8208 was my father's cabin. The cabin was okay; however, the balcony view wasn't the best.

There was a considerable wait for wheelchairs. Working with guests seem to not be one of the personnel's cup of tea.

Appreciate your detailed feedback. Sorry the cruise line couldn’t cover what the travel agency promised. Glad you still managed to have some fun.
