Q: is covid insurance mandatory for the cruises from the U.S. going to their private island, Costa Maya, and Cozumel?

A: No it’s not, but this lady just got stranded in Jamaica because she didn’t have the trip insurance that includes healthcare and a med flight home was $40k. She had pneumonia unrelated to Covid. Just a FYI

Q: Has anyone experienced the L'Olivio d'Oro and L'Olive doree Restaurants? Is it open for the public?

A: They are two of the three main dining rooms with Waves being the third mdr. Food was decent, not 5 Michelin starred, but good decent food. These three mdr are included and complementary. Answer QuestionA: On our 7 night cruise there was 2 formal nights but it is optional to dress up.

A: It usually depends on the length of the cruise. The formal nights should be listed in your itinerary.
