As mentioned, this will be the last time I use cheap Caribbean. I have shared my experience on my social channels and informed my executive partners not to ever book through this. If you want to try the MSC book through them directly. They do have a wonderful customer service line that is very helpful. The agent at cheap never returned my emails or phone calls.

MSC has a good variety of live music every night, which I enjoy. The theater shows are entertaining - not your typical Broadway musical. The Elvis Show was my absolute favorite!! The Circus Show had so many interesting acts, like a juggler, dancers, twirler, trampolines, BMX bike rider, roller skaters, etc. I loved it!! The Cruise Director, Matias, was out and about - and very funny. Food is hit and miss in the Main Dining Room. And the buffet food is repeated pretty much every night, but I always find something to try. Pizza, salad, “Ethnic Corner” usually has something yummy, and desserts are my favorites! **I have enjoyed all the MSC ships I’ve been on and plan to continue cruising with them. **

Overall 10/10. Nothing that would turn me away from MSC or the Magnifica based on this sailing. Great weekend getaway and wonderful crew. Wish all of them were going to be onboard in April. The massage was to die for!

For a first time on a real cruise I was totally impressed with everything. Some may say it’s because I have no point of reference for comparison. But we enjoyed everything immensely. Loved it!

Ocean cay is the only thing worth paying for on Magnifica

It was a great cruise with lovely entertainment. I, especially, enjoyed the theater shows in the evening. The food is superb - especially their pizza! My only real complaint is the terrible stabilization on the aft end of ship. I had one of the last cabins and I could feel every little bump. That was so small and trivial that I didn’t really mind. Other than that, somehow people snuck marijuana on board. Which, is not my thing personally, but you do you (normally). However, if you can’t go a cruise without being high, please don’t go on a cruise. It’s sad really.

I love cruising. This was our 14th this year. Food is a big deal. The food on this ship was terrible. Also, lack of adult area is a huge problem

This is the absolute worst vacation I have ever had. I realize the cruise line can't control the weather but the lack of alternatives was pitiful. How some sort of refund or credit was not given to passengers just shows how little MSC cares about their customers. As someone on a fixed income that saved for this cruise me and my son were terribly disappointed.

MSC was also. The weather sucked. They canceled us going into the private island again. This was my second try in going to the island.

Poor weather (not msc responsible) bad week. My wife and I are both over 75 yrs old, have used cheapcaribbean in the past, very, very, disappointed with lack of integrity on their part! STRONGLY recommend consumers not to use them for reservations in the future!

Was rocky from the weather but I still enjoyed every bit

We took our 4 year old grandson on this cruise. This ship was a nice time; however, I would choose one of the newer ships when taking him again. This had much more of an adult feel. Was upgraded from inside to balcony through their upgrade program. I bid on Oceanview and received balcony. I believe because ship was not full. We had no issues on board. It was a nice cruise.

snacks.  Still had no voice. Arrival at Ocean Cay the ship was delayed to get docked. Maybe it got stuck or something. The tug boat towed it in. We watched it from the balcony.  Still no voice. With all the vibration and motion I managed to throw up,  lovely. We stayed at the cabin for the day. We decided to do the buffet for the last night.  It was okay. The best hot dish was the pasta with mushrooms in a white sauce. The disembarkation was total Chaos. We did the MSC shuttle. Missed the first one because we had to find our luggage. We waited about 35 minutes for the next one. Will I cruise MSC again yes, but only in the Yacht Club.

Don’t waste your time. We regret to do that cruise. Comparing with Royal Caribbean, they are 1000 x better. Royal Caribbean island it’s 100% better, a lot of food, drinks and entertainment. Here in MSC was awful, not good food, poor drinks and not entertaining at all. No towels for the chairs!! Can you believe that? I had to fight to get a towel!! We will never go back to MSC.

Let’s start off by saying, I expected more from this cruise. We got a room that smelled like VOMIT (Room 8023). We had to sleep with the balcony door open, that’s how bad it smelled. They told us they couldn’t switch our rooms because they were fully booked. We brought the WiFi package and the service was still horrible. The private island was beautiful, however, we couldn’t do any of the excursions we purchased. They canceled our reservations for jet skis and we couldn’t do any snorkeling because of the jellyfishes. On top of that, we had to carry out umbrellas to and from the station. The food served was not that good. The pasta was still hard, as if they were rushing to serve us food. Get ready to eat a lot of junk food because the only good things they had was the pizza and fries.

We had a pleasant cruise with a lot of fun and delicious food.

Staff were fantastic - Captain Marco was very accessible to all. At the end of this lengthy cruise, we were ready to go again. highly recommended.
