Review summary

I love cruising. This was our 14th this year. Food is a big deal. The food on this ship was terrible. Also, lack of adult area is a huge problem

We usually enjoy the food offerings a cruise has. The Magnifica has the worse buffet food I’ve ever experienced. I would compare it to a military mess hall. Overcooked hamburgers, slop beef and chicken casseroles, rubber chicken, a shredded chicken “delight” in a hotdog roll( I took by mistake thinking it was a chili dog.) Simply awful. Main dining room was palatable

There is NO ADULT AREA. The serenity area is limited to the Yacht club guests. No adult pool.Kids are allowed in hot tubs. The food on this ship is horrid. Don’t waste your time and money going on this floating food wreck

Oh yeah, also there was a baby in the hot tub. The couple brought him out to change his diaper. And then brought him back in. Some of the crew saw this and didn’t say a word.

The problem isn’t it being an old ship. I love the older ships. The problem stems from a crappy chef and no adult area. We enjoyed everything else.

Is a old Msc ship what can you expect also, well even with the Seaside clas ships they have issued some of them Their world class is at another level but top notch yet
