Review summary

Don’t waste your time. We regret to do that cruise. Comparing with Royal Caribbean, they are 1000 x better. Royal Caribbean island it’s 100% better, a lot of food, drinks and entertainment. Here in MSC was awful, not good food, poor drinks and not entertaining at all. No towels for the chairs!! Can you believe that? I had to fight to get a towel!! We will never go back to MSC.

We never saw the person who was taking care of the cabin, the other people cleaning never said hi neither, rude people. Awful experience

Don’t waist your time on that cruise. Very disappointing. We got at the island and they didn’t provide towels, the food trucks were very limited, we had the drink package and sometimes they give us drinks without ice, we have to paid for the umbrella and put together by ourselves. Even that they don’t do it. Bad service everywhere

Not good service at the island. No towels for the chairs, they offered me dirty towels, because they didn’t had clean towels. Food truck food was awful, they didn’t had all the food available, no French fries, very limited food. I’m a Royal Caribbean fan, so compared with MSC everything was very poor. Service, food, entertainment was very bad. Don’t go, was my first time in MSC and last one. Horrible experience
