I don't really have too much to say about this ship only that the app layout was confusing & the buffet of the ship was awful

I've been on a quite a few cruises, two other MSC cruises included. This by far was the worst cruise experience I have had. Food flavorless and even the specialty restaurants or not that much different than the buffets. There were all sorts of catches to everything.

Overall, a good cruise. The only downside was that we were assured by the booking agent that the drinks package and Wi-Fi were included in our booking. But it turned out that it was not. So, we had to pay a fairly large amount to get this added. Please confirm with the cruise line on what is included in your ticket ahead of time so there are no last-minute surprises.

This cruise was the perfect weekend get away, every moment was filled with an activity if you chose to partake or you could just relax.

Overall, I was not as satisfied as I thought I would be with it being my first cruise. I will look for other higher class MSC cruises in the future but hesitant to rebook at the moment. I appreciate all the hard work from the employees. I wish the food tastes better and the top deck was nicer.

Not going to travel on this cruise line again, the food was bad and the service was almost as bad all over the ship

A very good first trip to Europe. If you're considering going to Europe for the first time, I would highly recommend this cruise. Takes you to many lovely places and you get quite a bit of time to enjoy them. Ship itself is very good and had plenty of amenities for a family with young children.

MSC. Go for the itineraries. At least on Magnifica, the food has been aeful on both our trips and the service subpar. It's a 2 star hotel that moves you from port to port. If that's all you want from the cruise, you'll be happy. I thought Carnival was low class, but this was worse.

Pretty underwhelming. I think I have gotten too used to Viking, where many things are included, like wine and beer and excursions. When you add that up, it's worth the extra money.

Cruise was a good sample of Greece and all things Mediterranean. The staff is great and friendly. The food was not memorable just ok.

Pleasant cruise, liked most of the excursions. Food was average with minimum variations. Entertainment was good through out the ship, the theater and at the numerous halls.

My husband and I enjoyed our trip trying to have a positive attitude. However, although the ship is beautiful, MMSC lacks good customer service and more food options!!

Enjoyed a couple of the ports. The cruise ship staff was not helpful and sometimes down right rude.

What a great life experience! Was able to explore several different countries while enjoying staying on cruise ship. Would definitely recommend to others!!

Overall it was a pleasant trip with MSC. Friendly crew, food was decent. We had bottle water package with a dinner however it was only good in one dining room. Wish they have fountain soft drink in buffet.

good only for the ports of call, don't assume you know everything from other MSC cruises, ask as beginner and don't expect a great customer service info

all my questions were either met with blank stares or very conflicting information... many passengers left the cruise early...

12 Days sounded like a good idea when we booked. Truth is it was a little too long. Decent ship with strong ports of call. The cost was reasonable but the balcony room we had was very small and the shower with beyond tiny. The entertainment sucked on the deck as well as the theater. I dont think they had a cruise director. They did have a couple people that spoke via mic to the hand full of people willing to play their cheap kiddie games, so I assume one of them might have been the director. The deck music was on a loop so the 20th time we heard the same crappy music was really enough.
