Excellent itinerary. Food is Amazing. Day entertainment is almost non existent. Not much to do during the day on sea day. Night entertainment is really good but lacking the Las Vegas flair. Not great costumes. Repetitive clothes in shows. Missing the wow of other cruises show.

If the ship company could provide some tissues, and had our cabin attendant to do a better job: The pillow cases and bed sheets had wrinkles!! Our bath towels had spot? !

The ship was a good way to get from place to place, but not the best experience. Will use another line if we ever cruise the Med again.

MSC is my last choice for cruise travel company. MSC does NOT enforce important rules like hand hygiene and family with kids section.

This is a lovely ship, but as nice as it is I can't shake the feeling that the whole experience is designed to provide as little as possible to your in terms of value, whilst extracting as much money from each passenger. This certainly spoiled the experience. I really don't mind paying top dollar for a premium service, but with MSC I get the impression that customer satisfaction isn't their primary goal. Literally EVERYTHING is an add-on, including restaurants, bowling, and of course the drinks packages (which aren't uncommon with cruises)... The staff are nice enough but nobody has any real authority and so can only work within the strict parameters of their junior role, for example - there was a fault with our internet package and we ended up setting up two as a result. Rather than taking accountability for the error, they charged us 30 euro extra after fixing the issue, as the initial package had shown use. It's this lack of personal service and staff initiative that makes me think badly of their ethos and makes me want to stay well away from MSC cruises in the future.

For us this trip in the yacht club was again super relaxed. We enjoyed this week. Thanks to all the yacht club staff. Voor ons was deze reis in de yacht club weer super relax. We hebben genoten van deze week. Dank aan al het personeel van de yacht club.

Excellently organized. Clean, delicious and varied food. If excursions are too expensive for you, prepare maps of public transport in advance and make your own way around the destination. Public toilets are not as clean as they used to be.

Sailed Northern Europe with my 2 children. Lots of fun, great crew, and really impressive photographers this time around!

We enjoyed the trip, the boat is stable and the scenary is fine around Norway, Alesund most of all. The photographs on board can be annoying but you can thank them and move along, one gets used to it. If you do not have the covid-test already with you it will cost you like 55$ per person (even the children) at embarkation, service provided by the boat medical team. Their kid programs are great on this boat, they take care of the children and supervise them while we could go to the gym or have a light drink. You have to call them and check on the kid, not yet supported by them to be notified by chat on the MSC for Me app.

First time in MSC YC and would recommend this experience, particularly for adult couples. They do permit children but all the activities for kids are elsewhere on the ship. Covid did limit tour excursion options but that did not stop us arranging them in all but Rome (been there, done that so we stayed onboard). Beautiful ship and next time we will try out some speciality restaurants which looked amazing.

Christmas cruise around the med. Great service, enjoyed all the food. Seemed to be following covid guidance and rules so felt very safe. Just poor entertainment compared to other cruises, always found MSC entertainment to be poor though.

We had a lush Christmas Cruise on Grandiosa, staff were very attentive and the ship is lovely. This was our son's 1st cruise and he's now hooked :-) The entertainment needs some work, as it felt a little basic and repetitive. The COVID restrictions were a little annoying, as we could only leave the ship on specific tour's.... but we were happy to be cruising again to be fair. All in all a great cruise holiday.

As usual nothing new to say than that the yacht club of MSC is worth the price you pay for it.

Since I was cruising the yacht club, everything was a delight, nothing much to say. Great food great staff great accommodation.

Enjoyed most of it. Stress levels on the first day extremely high and unfortunately this came up in most conversations. This was a cruise that had been cancelled from a year ago and some of the itinerary had changed but still enjoyable
