Will never sail with MSC again. The people on board were wonderful, but management, the entertainment, and food left much to be desired.

The only cruise line I’ve ever been on who charges extra in the main restaurant for steak. Risotto variety on the menu almost every night of 12 nights.

Onboard Activities

Got kicked out of the hot tub because I didn’t have a reservation I didn’t know was needed. There were only 2 others in at the time in a large hot tub.

Entertainment

There was 1 good show in 12 nights. Karaoke was a lot of fun but only held for 1 hour on 3 of 12 nights. The place was always packed….at least for that hour.

Service and Staff

Sarpun and Oscar (wait staff) were exceptional. Room steward Jasuli was very attentive.

The ship is beautiful, but MSC’s use of space seemed really backwards. Large events were held in the main thoroughfare, so if you were trying to get through it was very difficult.
