Make sure to book your shows in the early morning or as soon as they're uploaded the night before otherwise you'll end up with the 22:30 seating or all showings will be fully booked. And arrive 25-30mins early if you want decent seats.

Don’t bother booking any excursions or massages ahead of time. They end up running sales throughout the cruise that were for the same amount most of the time. Also, the on your own excursion take that very literally. Do not expect any guide at all.

Do not book this cruise - guests are constantly embarking and disembarking so there are drills for new joiners almost daily.

On embarkation day, goto the main restaurant for lunch. It's calmer than the buffet. Also book another MSC Cruise at the Future Cruise desk! We got another great deal.
