Review summary

. We came off yesterday and had a fabulous time! All the staff were amazing and a credit to themselves and MSC. Reception were quick, efficient and helpful and we literally never queued for anything! Drinks came quickly, never had a wrong order and always found a table at the buffet. Buffet had everything you could ask for ( tip take ketchup and brown sauce- we couldn’t find any so if that’s your thing come prepared) Other condiments and sauces readily available. The bread, cheese, cold meats and Pizza/ Pasta were fantastic. We ordered the Deluxe breakfast and it was fabulous. We will definitely order that for our next cruise ( and again and again it was yummy) We could not fault anything and both our embarkation and disembarkation were seamless. We were off the ship at 7:30am yesterday not a queue in sight. Big thank you to all the staff - you really helped to make our holiday amazing !!!! 🤩

All of them were just amazing. A credit both to themselves and MSC Special shout out to Glen our cabin steward on deck 13 such a lovely guide. Always smiling!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Well designed ship so easy to navigate. The panels ( you find them near venues) were brilliant for booking shows and events and helpful for finding your way around. The lifts were the best on any ship we’ve ever been on. So well organised. We were on deck 1: never had a long wait to get a lift anywhere. Everywhere was spotless and people constantly cleaning.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We were on deck 13 towards the aft (port side.) Great cabin well organised, spotless and good storage! Had a wonderful cabin steward. Special thanks to Glen, who looked after us so well. Top guy MSC look after him! He is a credit to both himself and MSC!

Ship tip

Best advice is- IGNORE the bad reviews. One man’s meat is another man’s poison. You can only judge for yourself.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We chose self disembarkation and it was seamless. We left the ship at 7:30am and walked through no queue whatsoever. In the car ( car park Green) by 7:35! Best disembarkation ever.

Thank you for the review! As said you have to try it and make up your own mind. We also really enjoyed our msc world europe cruise last week. Not everything was perfect but still everything was so much better than like our RC odyssey of the Seas cruise. That is just our opinion and people have to decide for themself.

Thanks for your review. I think you sailed at the prime time when mostly all teenagers and kids are in school, regardless of the passenger load, they can make a cruise ship very noisy. You didn't list the ports but I'm assuming northern Europe.

Just to add the ship was full but passengers were around 4,500. Only a few children onboard on our cruise. So most cabins having two passengers per cabin. Never felt crowded anywhere for us.
